Kari Erickson is a freshman at Ithaca College, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theater.
She is a graduate of Hartselle High School in Hartselle, Alabama. Kari has had several notable achievements in her young career. She was a Golden Ticket winner on American Idol, making it to the Duet Rounds of the competition. She has also been successful in beauty pageants, winning the titles of Miss Alabama Teen Volunteer 2022, Miss Dance Chapter#33 2022, and Miss Quad Cities Outstanding Teen 2020. In 2019, she was named Miss River Cities Outstanding Teen and placed in the top 10 at Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen pageant in 2019 and 2020.
In addition to her singing and pageant successes, Kari has also been involved in the performing arts. She was a Stars Over Alabama Talent Winner in the 13 & Up category in 2020 and has served as the Chapter Secretary of the International Thespian Society since 2018. She was also a winner of the Talent Watch Virtual Showcase in 2020.
